Kay Weighell

Kay has been with the practice for a number of years now. She came from a supervisory back ground working in a large local supermarket.

When she joined the reception team she found it a big change, and is enjoying her time with us.

Kay has taken on the role of Reception and Stock supervisor, keeping the drugs ordered daily and carefully batch tracking their use; keeping a close eye on the vets, and making sure repeat prescriptions are ordered in.
This can be a difficult task with all the legislation that goes with it, but so far she seems to be taking the role in her stride.

Kay has also taken on the duties of the Practice Health Plan; arranging appointments; and keeping pets up to date with their requirements.

Outside work Kay has four Labradors, Flint, Alfie, Lucy and Geoffrey. She enjoys walking on the hills often with her daughter Katherine and her sister Liz.
